You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories attached.
Certain products are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons, such as:
Innerwear & lingerie
Swimwear
Socks
Customized or personalized clothing
Exchanges are allowed for size and color (subject to stock availability).
If the requested product is unavailable, you may opt for store credit or a refund.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a wrong or defective item sent by us.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product.
We will arrange for a free replacement or a full refund.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
We will arrange for a pickup, or you may be required to ship the product back to us at your own cost (depending on the reason for return).
If you haven’t received your refund within the stated timeline, please first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
