Refunds & Returns Policy

At Flying Legs, we want you to love what you wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns
  • You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it.

    • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories attached.

  • Certain products are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons, such as:

    • Innerwear & lingerie

    • Swimwear

    • Socks

    • Customized or personalized clothing

Exchanges
  • Exchanges are allowed for size and color (subject to stock availability).

  • If the requested product is unavailable, you may opt for store credit or a refund.

Refunds
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a wrong or defective item sent by us.

Damaged or Defective Products
  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product.

  • We will arrange for a free replacement or a full refund.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us at support@flyinglegs.in with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

  3. We will arrange for a pickup, or you may be required to ship the product back to us at your own cost (depending on the reason for return).

Late or Missing Refunds
  • If you haven’t received your refund within the stated timeline, please first check your bank account.

  • Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
